Also included with this purchase is a Advanced RMA which allows you in the event of a system failure to have a new system shipped to you before we get the Appliance being replaced back to our offices but you will need to provide a Credit Card to Sangoma prior to us shipping the replacement product to be used in the event that we do not receive the defective hardware back within 30 days.
In the event of a hardware failure of your PBXact appliance you will need to open a support ticket and get authorization for a RMA here.
