Where are you based?

mstore.com.au is an entirely online business.  While the team is working out of home offices during this COVID period, we are based in Sydney.

 

Where are items shipped from?

Depending on what item you purchase, it will be sent from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.  

 

How long willl it take to receive my order?

Generally, orders before 3pm are shipped same day, and delivery is 1-2 business days.  There can be longer handling times for some items.  Australia is a big place, and orders outside of metro areas or to more remote locations can take a few extra days.

Orders placed by Midday in Sydney, can expect In Stock items sent via a courier to arrive next business day.

Those in Melbourne Metro area do have the option for same day shipping on some items.

With anything there are exceptions, interruptions and occasional issues.  Even trying our best we rely on a number of parties who can have bad days.

 

Who do you use to ship orders?

Most items are sent via Toll, Couriers, TNT or DHL.  Some items we ship via AusPost or Sendle (options are marked in checkout).  80% of items are shipped with Toll and are generally fast, efficient and problem free.

 

Do you dropship?

Yes and no.  We have arrangements with a number of Australian distributors who do directly supply your items.  This is not a sketchy wait 3 months for something to arrive by boat.  If something is in stock, then it is in Australia ready to ship usually the same day

However, we do have stock of our most popular items to ensure we can offer best price for products as well as more competitive shipping.  . 

 

Why don't you stock everything yourself?

We have over 4000 items on the site, which would be too inefficient and costly to stock ourselves. We try and maintain a balance to ensure best results for you at the best possible price.

 

Can I come and visit?

We're flattered that you'd like to come and say hello, but at this stage we don't have a store front.  In most cases we can deliver items next business day or close to it.  Not having the overhead of a shopfront helps to minimise our costs and we pass our savings on to you.

Plus, Australia is a big place and that would be quite a trip for anyone outside of Sydney.

 

What is Order to Order?

In some cases items come from a vendor.  These products involve a lead time which can be anywhere from a few days to up to a few months in some cases. We try and list each ETA as soon as we are made aware of them from each supplier.  Sometimes ETA is unknown and it's best to give us a call or send an email and we can find out a more accurate response.
